WHY US
More than a decade ago, we saw the challenges faced by Celiac patients, particularly in a country like Pakistan where unlike abroad, few brands catered to such a specific market. Furthermore, these products were usually exorbitantly priced due to high import duties among other reasons. To solve this, Homemade Cuisine set out to provide gluten free food in Pakistan at reasonable prices catered to our traditions. Slowly, this evolved into a very successful venture with our distribution expanding across the country through our dedicated branches, home deliveries, and premium retail stores. But that's not all - the goodness had started spreading globally as well! And here's where the quest started - a quest to spread our traditional gluten free delicacies globally including the United Kingdom.
As for our standards - all potential ingredients are inspected to make sure they are gluten free and only then are they approved for use in our products. This involves a stringent process where the manufacturer's facility, certificates of analysis for raw material, and other parameters such as market reputation, are evaluated. To prevent any cross contamination, we process all gluten free foods in our state-of-the-art ISO 22000 certified Gluten Free Factory and dedicated gluten free kitchens available at our branches. Additionally, we also employ internal gluten testing using AOAC approved rapid test kits ensuring we can give you gluten free food with confidence.
